Can I change my email address?

Yes, you can update this in your account area.

Step 1: Go to 'Account Details' (you will need to be signed in)

Step 2: Enter your new email address, click ‘Save Changes’ at the bottom of the page

If you edit your email address within your account, it will be updated everywhere on our system.

If you are only looking to update your email address in one place, for example, just your billing email address, please let us know by completing the form below.

Please note, it may take a few days to update your email everywhere on our system.
