How can I re-activate my subscription?

You can re-activate your subscription by following the instructions below:

If you don't need to update your card details, skip to ‘Step 3’

Step 1: Log into your 'Payment Methods' in your Account Area (you will be prompted to sign in)

Step 2: Click "Add Payment Method", enter you card details, ensure that your new card has been made the default payment method (this should automatically happen)

Step 3: Go to ‘Orders’ and you will see a ‘Pay’ button next to your monthly payment

Step 4: Complete the purchase of the outstanding month, which will then re-activate your account

If you are still unable to reactivate your subscription, update your payment details or your access for LEARN is not re-activated, please contact us by using the form below and one of the team will look into this for you.
