Trouble with the lectures on a mobile device

Sorry to hear you're having trouble watching the lectures!

Just so you are aware, on a mobile device you will not be able to make use of the dual screen feature (where you can see the presenter and the slides side-by-side).

If you are unable to watch the lectures, we would recommend trying the following steps:

Step 1: Try enabling cookies and disabling any ad blockers! Depending on the internet browser you are using, you can find all the information on how to do this HERE.

Step 2: If you are still unable to load the lecture, we recommend trying on a different internet browser (we recommend Google Chrome or Firefox).

Step 3: In order to rule out any issues with your device, we recommend trying to watch the lecture on another device (we recommend a laptop and desktop).

Step 4: If the lecture is still unable to load, this may be due to the internet speed, therefore, we recommend running a Speed Test to see if this might be causing your issue.
