If you are using the same email address, it is likely that this may be due to a recent payment being unsuccessful. As your account is directly linked to your payments, it will suspend your account temporarily until this payment has gone through.

In order to re-activate your account, please follow the steps below.

Step 1: Go your 'Orders' in your Account Area

Step 2: To activate your subscription, you should see a ‘Pay’ button next to your monthly payment, please click this and follow the instructions to activate your subscription
