How long does it take to qualify as a nutritionist without giving up your job?
MNU’s Level 5 Diploma in Advanced Nutrition Science takes 13 months to complete and is designed to be studied online, alondside full-time employment. The government-regulated Diploma has a single annual intake each September, and the self-paced structure allows students to work through the 6 modules whilst maintaining flexibilty around employment, family commitments & other responsibilities.
The MNU qualification requires a minimum commitment of 6-10 hours per week and covers all the necessary academic knowledge, as well as teaching the practical application of nutrition, in a much shorter period of time in comparison to nutrition degrees which often take 3-4 years to complete with significant costs attached to them!
Spreading the course out over a 13-month period has allowed MNU students to fully understand all of the course content and become some of the best practitioners when working 1-2-1 with clients upon completion of the course, which would not be possible with a shorter course.
For the full 13 months of study, students also get access to the Mac-Nutrition Mentoring Lab and unparalleled daily support from the MNU Tutors who are available to answer course-specific questions and ensure each student has gained a full understanding of all the topics covered by the course!
