Step 1: Go to your ‘My Account’ area, you may be prompted to Login

Step 2: If you need to, please update your card details on the ‘Payment Methods’ tab by clicking ‘Add Payment Method’ (Check that your new card has been made the default payment method)

Step 3: Go to the ‘Orders’ tab and you will see a ‘Pay’ button next to your monthly payment

Step 4: Complete this payment and your account will automatically be reactivated!
